In the event you have a claim please follow steps below:

STEPS TO – General Insurance Claims

  • Take photos of any loss or damage
  • Inform the police if there has been a crime (obtain a copy of the police report)
  • Make the appropriate arrangements to avoid any further damage
  • Liability Claims – If the event is relating to a third party advising of injury or property damage as a result of dealing with your business, ensure you take full details. You should not admit or discuss liability until you have spoken with your adviser.
  • Your adviser will contact your insurer and organise any documents that need to be completed.
  • Complete the claim form provided by our adviser (and incident report if applicable) and return back as soon as possible.

STEPS TO – Life Insurance Claims

  • Obtain all the medical reports related to your claim
  • We will contact your insurer and send out any documentation(claim pack) that needs to be completed.
  • Return completed documents as soon as possible to the insurer.
